The project continued as a result of Nowe Żerniki Workshop for a new residential area in Wrocław.The complex of three small tower buildings was created as an extention of an urban grid along Lauterbacha st. Buildings' volumes layout creates small intimate interiors planned as recreation areas for residents. The applied typology provides well lit and mostly corner stiuated apartments. Good insolation allowed the use of large perimeter balconies that serve as a buffer space between the interior and exterior.The underground garage do not spoil an open and inviting space/vistas. A significant part of the natural land is kept on the plot, allowing for undisturbed high trees growth and for more effective microtention of rain water.
