The new village centre is organised in a form of super-block layout, softened by the low scale of architecture and scattering tree groups and tree rows. The solution allows for clear zoning and provides a free multi-functional space within the core of the complex. The central part has a park-like character. An extention of the existing, charming poplar Avenue, becomes the complex' main axis, binding spatialy functions and circulation.
