The main idea is to use affordable concrete prefab systems as frames for walls, floors and for optional future development of the housing unit, according to existing needs. The applied system uses the potential of construction industry as well as it allows people to work independently and to use various and simple construction and finishing materials. The system enhances the availability of housing for the poorest category of economic migrants.
