One of the Przedmieście Oławskie Regeneration Programme elements. The task was adaptation of a small outbuilding inside the block. The investment required a complete replacement of the building's internal structure. With limited volume and the need to supplement the program with a lift and sanitary facilities, the main premise was to obtain the most spacious and open interiors possible. The limitations of the area around the building were compensated by creating an accessible wooden roof terrace.
The main façades of the building have been restored in a traditional manner except for the contemporary roof and the blind rear wall on which bird nesting boxes have been installed. These booths were a gesture compensating for the liquidation of the breeding grounds in the ruined outbuilding. Vines have also been planted next to this wall to become its natural ornament in the future.
