CKiAL is a part of Nowe Żerniki district project. An existing bulky mass of an anti-aircraft bunker designed by Richard Konwiarz is adopted and transformed into a multifunctional hall. The remaining part of the centre is given form of a one-storey building which makes it more accessible and more social. All rooms provide views for the social life in the street or green areas around and they can be flexibly sectioned off or integrated depending on the scenario of the planned events. Additional events can be organized in the inside patio, on the terrace and nearby the recreational area by the water body.
